Ways to Wellness Therapy provides psychotherapy services for teens and adults who are experiencing a wide variety of mental health concerns, relationships issues, and other life stressors.
As a client-centered, holistic and trauma informed-focused practitioner, I strive to provide a safe therapeutic space in which individuals can process their emotions in a deep and meaningful way that enables them to heal and empowers them to uncover their own natural ability to find meaning and connection within the world.
Clients can expect an eclectic approach to treatment that is strengths-based and anti-oppressive which will have them take an active and creative role in sessions.
